We all know vegetables are good for us and we should be eating a lot of them — but sometimes they’re can get boring!  My solution is to make quick, simple dressings to liven up my veggies. Enter the Simple Tahini Dressing — this is decadently creamy and deliciously tangy. Perfect to pour over steamed veggies of any variety.


1/4 c tahini
juice of 1/2 lemon
3 tbsp chopped chives
1/4 tsp granulated garlic

In a small bowl, blend the first four ingredients with a spoon until creamy. Begin to slowly add water, until the dressing is the consistency you’d like. Salt to taste.

This also works with any other fresh herb — dill is another of my favorite add-ins!
