CLASS DETAILS:

3-Month Group Program: Sessions meet twice a month in person at the McBurney YMCA (125 W. 14th Street in Manhattan) and include handouts and recommendations at each session. Each session is approximately 2 weeks apart and is 1 hour long. We will cover a new, exciting topic during each class.

$225 program fee ($75/month) includes all classes, handouts and access to the online group forum, where members can ask questions, support, and encourage each other during the program.

Choose either Tuesday evenings from 6 – 7pm:
11/10, 12/1, 12/15, 1/5, 1/19, 2/2, 2/16

Thursday afternoons from 12p – 1p:
11/12, 12/3, 12/17, 1/7, 1/21, 2/4, 2/18
