This is one of my favorite kale recipes, which my uncle thought up and shared with me. It’s very easy to make and deeeelish. It’ll make lovers out of you kale haters

Recipe: Braised Kale
(serves 2-3)

1 head kale, chopped into small pieces
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 red onion, cut into slices
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 c water
1/2 c dry white wine

Heat olive oil in a large saute pan. Add onions and cook until soft, 3-5 minutes. Add garlic and kale and stire to coat with olive oil. Add white wine and cook 2 minutes so the alcohol burns off. Add water and cover. Cook until water has evaporated, about 15 minutes. Serve warm or at room temperature. Will keep 2-3 days.
